Program Highlight

We offer our patients a Education Program which is structured to encourage them to medicate themselves through lifestyle changes.  Healthier eating and exercise is promoted in these one one sessions with a health educator.  The health educators will have an initial meeting and follow up with them regularly depending on the patients progression. Many patients learn valuable information about exercise and diet to help them progress to a healthier lifestyle, and often time patients who stick with their set goals and changes find themselves feeling healthier and also lose some extra weight.  The Education Program is steadily growing and become more requested by our patients.
