We offer our patients several health education programs that are structured to encourage disease prevention and management through beneficial lifestyle changes. Healthier eating and exercise is promoted in these one-on-one sessions with a health educator. The health educators will have an initial meeting and regular follow ups with a patient depending on their progression. Many patients learn valuable information about nutrition and exercise to help them progress towards a healthier lifestyle and often times, patients who stick with their set goals find themselves feeling healthier and also lose some extra weight. The education program and the resources provided continue to help our patients and the community improve their health status.
