Fee Structure:
ü Onsite testing of 5 components - $28 per person
ü Onsite testing of Blood Pressure and Health Risk Assessment - $25
ü Testing of all 5 components conducted at the clinic will be $25 per person by appointment unless you qualify for free services based on pre-screening qualifying standards.
